We are avid travelers and traveling with kids is always tough. You end up lugging enough stuff to weigh down a pack mule. When looking for one less bulky thing to carry with us we came upon the CARES Harness. It is FAA approved and just fits over the seat back!!
Our oldest daughter calls it her "special seat" and is completely comfortable in it!! She has enough room to pull the tray table down and is just as safe as she is in her car seat. Our youngest daughter fits safely in it as well.
